Whether you need a course correction or to build your life map, I will provide customized support to help you get to your What, Why and How.  Through questions and exploration we will challenge long-held beliefs and assumptions.  We will define what means the most to you and develop strategies and tactics to guide you. 

You will emerge from this work with a clear sense of who you are — your What and your Why — which will guide you as you make choices, both long-term and daily. 

Individual Coaching

One-on-one coaching sessions are designed to work through these three stages:

Deep Dive and Define

In this first phase, we will define your values and your purpose. We will explore your What and Why. And we will address any limiting beliefs and barriers holding you back.

Empower and Educate

In this second phase, we will establish actions, behaviors and habits that are in alignment with your values and purpose. What can you start doing? What can you stop doing? What can you keep doing? We will establish tools, techniques and accountability unique to you and your life.

Grow and Thrive

In this third phase, as you orient towards living in alignment with your values and purpose, you will start to become a new and improved version of yourself. We will define what growth looks like, what’s possible and how it feels to live with purpose, inviting joy and abundance into your life.

We will work together either weekly or bi-weekly via 1:1 sessions. I will listen, interpret, challenge, guide, nurture and foster your growth to meet your goals.
